Common inquiries and their solutions
No, receiving an order confirmation email does not guarantee that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for various reasons, including pricing errors, stock unavailability, or potential fraud. You will be notified if your order is canceled or requires further verification.
You can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in new, unused, and unopened condition, and in the original packaging. Some items may have specific return restrictions or be non-returnable, such as perishable goods, personalized products, or items marked as final sale. A restocking fee may apply for certain returns.
To initiate a return, log into your account and follow the steps provided under the ‘Returns & Orders’ section. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item received).
Exceptions to the return policy include but are not limited to:
